Dani Diercks has always had a passion for juvenile justice reform and youth in need. Whether working with foster youth in transition, the city gang unit, or teenage parenting groups, Ms. Diercks is honored to serve our communities youth to the best of her ability.
Beyond the law, Ms. Diercks has a Master Degree in Social Work and actively practices strength-based treatment with all clients. While our current system focuses on rehabilitative work, Ms. Diercks firmly believes that preventative knowledge is the only way to truly serve our youth. Ms. Diercks is available for various speaking engagements regarding youth and their rights as well as female empowerment groups.
Ms. Diercks' passion for youth has extended internationally and as a result, co-founded Optimus Youth, which provides well-positioned community projects, aimed at providing under-privileged youth with essential life skills, with the necessary resources to ensure the success of future generations. Ms. Diercks also sits on Boards for education reform, various youth- oriented foundations, and mental health awareness task forces.
